Hi-Standard Select Premium 26/18 dog formula is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages.

• FEEDING GUIDELINES

Hi-Standard Select Premium 26/18 dog food can be fed right from the bag or mixed with water or broth. If mixing, combine one part liquid with four parts food. Always have fresh, clean water available for your dog.

Mature dogs should be fed once or twice per day. The amount of food depends upon your dog's age, weight, activity level and environment. Find your dog’s approximate weight on the chart to help determine the amount of food you should feed daily.

Puppies will require 1/2 to 2 times as much food during the growth and development period as an adult the same weight. Feed puppies three to four times per day the first six months, and then two times per day until fully grown. Refer to the puppy chart to determine proper daily feedings.

Pregnant and lactating females can be fed Hi-Standard Select Premium 26/18 dog food according to the feeding chart of an adult dog. Adjust the amount of feed according to the body condition and the number of puppies.

Dogs kept outdoors during cold winter months may require 35 - 50% more food. Hot weather may decrease your dog’s appetite.
